About West Milton, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

West Milton is a lovely small town in Ohio. This part of the world is generally quiet and low key but it is close enough to Dayton that residents do not feel isolated. With only about 3,000 residents this town is small and quaint and the residents are a tight knit community.  You will love the atmosphere and, as the weather changes each year, you can sense a new attitude.  Summers are full of bicycles and swimming making for a lighthearted atmosphere and winters bring cold weather, Christmas and many of the greatest family holidays.

Family events are a local tradition. Nearby Versailles is known for hosting their Poultry Days festival in the warm weather of June and there is also a "Ms. Chick" and "Little Miss Chick" pageant as well as a carnival, a parade, and delicious slow roasted chicken dinners. Other events in the area include the town of Vandalia’s annual Oktoberfest and the Homecoming parade in autumn and an Air Show & Parade in the summer.  There is also The Star-Spangled Celebration, fireworks, “Taste of Vandalia.”  The annual Country Concert is held in nearby Newport, Ohio each year and is one of the biggest annual events in the area.  In the heat of July, people gather for fun, food and the music of many famous national stars.

If you are most interested in the history of the area, then don’t fret.   You will certainly find plenty to do in this part of Ohio.  You should visit the nearby town of Troy to check out Overfield Tavern which is one of Ohio's oldest taverns. You can also head to Sidney where you will find the Empire courthouse and the Gothic revival Monumental Building and the People's Federal Savings and Loan Association. Stroll around and check out the exteriors of the buildings in the summer or stay inside in the heat in the winter and explore the historical interiors.
