Jim and his assistant did a great job installing our furnace. I had multiple companies give us an estimate and we chose Daves Services because Jim was by far the most thorough and explained the installation and the contract well. I recommend them for anyone who needs a furnace install.

They did a wonderful job and if I need service again, they will be my first choice.

Jim was very good at explaining the products available and asking us questions to guide us toward our best options. Jim went in-depth with explaining the systems while others who quoted our job appeared to just be selling equipment. The experience was good from the start of quoting to installation.

I am a first time customer. My air conditioner broke on one of the hottest days of the year, and yet Cody sent a technician to my house in under 30 minutes. Jim was able to diagnose and repair/replace the problem part quickly. My regular company, which our family has used for over 40 years, recently lost their technicians. I think Im a new customer!

My AC went out during the hottest weeks of the summer. Jamie was super helpful in having me troubleshoot a few things before the technicians got here. The guys were great and found a quick fix to my bug interfering with the connection. I am thankful it wasn’t something more severe. They were great to work with and wonderful customer service.

There are not enough stars for me to explain how amazing your company is! That is why I have been a customer for almost 30 years and will continue to be a customer.

AC and furnace were out. Called evening before and next morning. First call of the morning, fixed within the hour, very reasonable !!

All the workers were very professional and kind. They did a great job explaining every step of the process of getting a new AC (which is awful news in the first place, not the company's fault). They walked us through every step and made sure we were happy with the outcome. I don't think we will go anywhere else ever again!

After long thought and a long time citizen of Troy, I decided to use Dave’s Services for my HVAC issue (blower motor out). JJ who did the initial inspection to Brian who did the repair; were awesome!! Thanks Dave!!

I was planning on using Dave's for HVAC service but unfortunately I could not get a price on R22 refrigerant without spending $89 for them to come and inspect my unit. I had other companies come out as part of my home warranty and already knew I needed 2lbs of R22 but the lady I spoke with said she did not have that information and someone would have to come out. This is the only company that could not give me a quote.

I’ve been a customer of Dave’s Services for over thirty years and I’ve always been very pleased with the work done, the kindness and friendliness of everyone-from those who answer the phone and set up appointments to the technicians and installers and the estimator. I appreciate the knowledge and competence of everyone at Dave’s and have always felt that everyone I’ve dealt with have always tried to extend the life of my HVAC system. There is no high pressure to purchase or scare tactics used by any employee. I appreciate being treated with respect and kindness. I also feel the prices for service and repair work are very reasonable. I’m also very pleased with the 10 year parts warranty on my new furnace and ac, the 10 year compressor warranty and the five year labor warranty. Dave’s Services has always offered great customer service and is an outstanding example of how a locally owned small business should be run. A five star business!
